USA Sports Courts: Terms of Service, Use, and Liability
Terms overview
These terms govern requests for sports court installation work arranged or provided by USA Sports Courts. They describe the scope of services, user responsibilities, payment and scheduling expectations, and liability limits.
Services
We provide site evaluation, specification of surfacing and repairs, and on-site installation work for sports court installation projects. Typical tasks include concrete grinding, crack repair, asphalt overlay, interlocking tile installation, synthetic turf surfacing, regulation-aligned line marking, and equipment placement.
User responsibilities
You must provide accurate site information, safe access for scheduled work windows, and any site permits required by local authorities. Follow cure-time guidance and temporary-use restrictions provided in the written scope until surfaces and equipment are confirmed ready.
Payment and scheduling
We supply an itemized written estimate that lists materials, scope, and expected cure times. Work is scheduled in agreed windows to limit downtime; payments follow the schedule in the written estimate.
Liability and disclaimers
We limit liability to direct damages arising from breach of these terms, except where law prohibits such limits. We disclaim indirect, consequential, and speculative damages. Any warranties are those expressly stated in the written scope.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the contracted work is performed. Disputes should be raised in writing and, if not resolved, pursued in the courts of that state.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms and will post changes on the site. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
