These Terms govern use of USA Sports Courts' website and referral service. Work is completed by independent local Sports court installations in and around the USA. We review your request and arrange for a suitable Sports court installation to contact you with a quote and availability.

Scope

We provide arrangement and coordination services to facilitate sports court installation projects. We do not perform on-site installation work or control the means and methods used by third-party installers.

User responsibilities

You must provide accurate site details, measurements, and access information. You must obtain any permits required for the work and review and accept quotes directly with the installer before work begins.

Fees and disclosures

Any fees for our services will be listed in your written estimate or communication. If we receive a referral fee from an installer, we will disclose that fee in the estimate or invoice.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, related to installer performance. Our liability for claims arising from referrals or arrangements is limited to the fees paid to us for the applicable request. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

If you need a backyard or facility sports court in the USA, we help arrange a site evaluation and a written estimate. We specify drainage, base preparation, surfacing, and regulation-aligned line marking. We pass requests to local sports court installations and manage scheduling and a final walkthrough.
