How It Works

  • Can any indoor room be converted into a racquetball court?

    Not every room qualifies. The space must accommodate 20 x 40 ft of floor area and a 20 ft ceiling minimum. Wall straightness and floor condition also matter. The site assessment confirms whether the room works as-is or what prep is needed before framing can start.

  • What happens if I delay the project after the assessment?

    Delaying is low-risk at the estimate stage. However, if an existing court has cracked walls or a worn floor, continued play accelerates surface damage and can turn a panel replacement into a full reframe, a significantly larger scope and cost.

  • What is checked before framing begins?

    Floor dimensions, ceiling height, wall straightness, and floor level are checked during the site assessment. Those findings go into the base-condition report and determine whether any prep work, leveling, structural adjustment, or clearance work, is needed before framing starts.
